Change Management Consultant & Career Coach Sue WebsterSue Webster is a Director of Work Based Learning.

Sue is a career practitioner, business coach and organisational development and change management consultant who has more than 20 years experience.

She has a BA majoring in Cognitive Science and Linguistics. She also has completed a MA and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development.

Her thesis entitled “Making things to think with” examined the relationship between cognition and the use of technology (cognitive tools) for problem solving and learning in high-pressure workplaces to assist decision-making, organising and communicating information and memory scaffolding.

Sue has taken a leading role in the design, development and implementation of large projects in the corporate sector.
