Hogan Assessments

The Science of Personality

Organisations use Hogan assessments to hire and develop staff and assess leadership potential. The three Hogan assessments we are accredited to administer are the:

  • Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) which measures individual strengths, approach to work and how they interact with others
  • Hogan Development Survey (HDS) measures any tendencies that could derail an individual’s career or performance
  • Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) which measures an individual’s motivators and drivers.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument brings C.G. Jung’s theory of psychological types to life and makes it easy to understand and apply.

It identifies and describes 16 distinctive personality types that result from the interaction of preferences which are: How we experience the world – Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I); How we take in information – Sensing (S) or Intuition (N): How we make decisions – Thinking (T) or Feeling (F); How we deal with the outer world – Judging (J) or Perceiving (P).

I am certified to use and interpret the MBTI® Step I™ and Step II™ instruments and to help clients understand their MBTI results. We use it for career planning,  change management and team building.
